Quick Easter Treats with "Hey Chick" and some retiring products

This morning I whipped up a few small gifts for the staff in the office. (before my husband went to work, super quick) I love using up bits and pieces that I have been saving  (no it's not hoarding if you use them, no matter how long it takes you to get round to it!) And though the gift is very small the wrapping says "You Matter"!

Lots of lucky people have the "Hey Chick" set in their stash now, and this is a great way to use it for Easter. I ran out of time for baking, so each bag contains a selection of Easter eggs, but it's not really about the chocolate, it's about giving.

These use up some retiring ribbon and twine and DSP in the Cucumber Crush range, As well as some old ribbon and retired paper.  It's amazing what you can do with the Triple Banner Punch, some string and a stapler

These days I love to have a stash of little paper bags on hand. These are not Stampin' Up! but they were the only design I had on hand that had enough numbers for what I needed. I can tell you the bags for 2017 in the new catalogue are pretty awesome, but any bag can be dressed up.

Sadly the Kraft Tag a Bag pack have already sold out from the Retirement List.
So don't leave it too long if there was something you wanted, once they are gone, they are gone for good!

I hope you have a wonderful Easter- I'm so looking forward to being with family for a precious few days.

Happy Stamping,

Liz

Envelope Dies perfect for an Acetate Tent card and some new DSP

After creating yesterday's cards I was on a roll and created this one using the beautiful Gilded Autumn DSP and the Fancy Phrases stamp set.  I really love the sentiments in this set.  It is such a simple design and easy to create. You can find all the directions on yesterday's post for Just Add Ink (JAI#518)  I watercoloured the white leaf after I had adhered the gold veins just to soften it, and I added a strip of mint DSP to the front of one of the tent stands as the white was a bit stark. That's the cool thing about this design, you can change it up plenty of ways. I'm sure we can all send these type of cards at the moment. I hope you are safe and well, and staying connected, wherever you are. I hope you have a creative week and remember,  "don't just post online,  post something pretty!" cheers, Liz Product List Ornamental Envelopes Bundle [ 155168 ] $83.50 Envelopes  Dies [ 153531 ] $63.00 Shimmery White A4 Car
